As a software services provider, we strive to deliver defect-free and stable software within the stipulated agreed timeframe. Our liability related to any issues/errors/damages caused by our software is restricted/limited only to fixing the defect in software and releasing to you.
Source code shall not be delivered to customers upon completion of project. If a customer requires source code, it will be dealt on a case-by-case basis by our management based on our service policies.
By default our engineers shall deliver the software over Internet and provide training through Phone Call or Email or Skype or WhatsApp. This applies for Pre-Handover as well as A.M.C periods. If client wants On-Site support, we are willing to send our Field Engineers to your premises. However associated Travel, Boarding, Lodging and Commute related expenses should be provided by client.
Upon successful software delivery by our Quality Assurance Team, we provide Annual Maintenance Contract to all our customers at an affordable charge. Customers can utilize A.M.C for fixing defects or making level changes. For moderate or more changes, we shall provide our cost-effort analysis and upon your approval will start the development activity.
